THIS IS PARTLY OUR FRESH HARVEST 2023

I went to Zimbabwe during the time when it became a little harder to keep working for my company with no clients. We all were the victims of this Covid19. Somehow it made a lot of us realise that we came from somewhere. To make matters worse. I have always stayed grounded within my African, Zimbabwean culture such that any possibility for me to travel was going by going to Zimbabwe to visit my family I have been separated from for such a long time. I remember these vivid memories I had about my growing up in the village with very little and constantly was considered poor and poverty.

The fact that we grew everything we ate or we ate straight from the wild didn’t mean we were poor. It’s only now when people are now reappreciating this part of growing up with little but very crucial for our health.

I cannot imagine or accept someone who wakes up every now and then to visit a gym class to lose weight or stay fit, to coach me about diet yet grew up in an environment where people lived organically.

Can you stick imagine that you were once told that everything you are or consist of is poor or poverty until you do it differently.

A lot who remember know that I had gained a lot unexplainable weight yet considering myself eating consciously and health. I also somehow knew that the most organic food considered organic was not fully organic as they are grown without full sunshine or wind.

During my stay in Zimbabwe, my focus became Organic throughout. I didn’t follow any weightlos program or diet. I also didn’t need to live close to a supermarket to be able to buy products that could possibly help me lose the weight

All I did was waking up early in the morning. Working in the psrgarden and planting vegetables. I didn’t consume excess meat. Not even forced because I have goats and chicken that are also multiplying therefore cannot be eaten every month or eek. Which mean we do not over consume meat to that extend were Western countries do.
